IFR Australia is a fully
service organisation and provides reliable after sales service,
including instrument maintenance and repair, and an extensive
inventory of spare parts is an important element of our operation.

inconvenience and expense.
Turn around time
Typical repair and calibration time.
Typically 5 to 10 Days. Delays may be
experienced if units require special parts
Priority service is also available on request
public holidays, weekends, and overnight where practical.
(Surcharge will apply).
Survey Fee
Our standard survey fee ranges between $200
to $300 for most instruments note that the survey fee can change
pending of the equipment and the work required prior to quoting.
Spare parts
We stock a wide range of spare parts. In the
event of a specialized part not being in stock, it can be
sourced from our overseas suppliers.
Loan Equipment
In the event of down time being excessive a
fixed price rental or loan instrument can be made available.
(Please Note: Customer pays freight both ways
on loan equipment)
Warranty
Most repairs carry a 12-month warranty on
parts and labor. Some older types of equipment may only carry a
3-month warranty this will be advised on our quotation.
Calibration Traceability
Calibrations are performed to the
manufacturer specification using
IFR Australia
procedures and are traceable to our Nata or other traceable
calibrated standards.
A Traceable certificate with
results will be issued with every calibration performed with a
copy of our Nata traceable calibrated reports.
